This project developed and distributed video and newspaper public serve announcements on Family Health History Day, and developed a web site, Public Service announcement video, and newspaper ads: Web site: www.kcfamilyhistory.org Newspaper ad: National Family History Day This project is being expanded to the region. Press releases about family health history were developed and distributed in November 2006, to all Heartland states. In addition, this web site and a toll free number 1-888-881-8852 were established to provide access to information.
